  • Features included in the selected license plan

No physical goods are shipped for software product purchases.

Product features, license limits, supported websites, and included benefits are described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

3. Product Licenses

Purchasing a Coder IT Solution software product gives you a license to use the product according to the license plan purchased.

A purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, product brand, proprietary technology, documentation, or other intellectual property to the customer.

License limitations may include:

  • Number of websites or installations

  • Number of license activations

  • Product edition

  • Access to specific premium features

  • Access to updates or support

You may not share, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially provide your license key to an unauthorized third party.

Agency or multi-site licenses may be used on client websites only within the limits stated on the applicable product page.

4. WordPress and GPL-Licensed Products

Certain Coder IT Solution WordPress products may include software licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or another open-source license.

Where an open-source license applies, the applicable open-source license governs the relevant source code.

However, Coder IT Solution trademarks, logos, product branding, license keys, hosted license services, proprietary services, website content, product documentation, and other materials not covered by an open-source license remain subject to their applicable rights and restrictions.

Access to premium updates, license validation, and product support may require a valid product license.

5. License Activation and Validation

Some premium software products use a license validation system.

When a license is activated or validated, information such as the following may be processed:

  • License key

  • Website URL

  • Product version

  • License activation status

This information is used to verify license validity, enforce applicable activation limits, provide product updates, and prevent unauthorized license use.

You must not attempt to bypass, manipulate, disable, or interfere with license validation systems.

6. Payments and Order Processing

Payments for certain Coder IT Solution software products may be processed by an authorized third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record.

Where Paddle processes a purchase as Merchant of Record, Paddle handles the transaction, payment processing, applicable sales taxes, and certain buyer transaction matters according to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and policies.

Prices displayed on our website may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be calculated during checkout based on the customer’s location and transaction details.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and purchase information.

7. One-Time and Subscription Licenses

The billing model applicable to a product is clearly displayed on the relevant product page or checkout page.

A product may be offered as:

  • A one-time payment license

  • A recurring subscription

  • A limited-duration license

  • Another clearly disclosed licensing model

For one-time payment products, no automatic annual renewal will be charged unless the product page and checkout explicitly state otherwise.

For subscription products, billing and cancellation terms will be presented during checkout.

8. Product Delivery

Software products are normally delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery may include:

  • A download link

  • A license key

  • An account or order confirmation

  • Instructions sent to the customer’s email address

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address during purchase.

If you do not receive your product or license information after a successful purchase, please contact us at [email protected].

9. Refunds

Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.

Where a transaction is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, refund and statutory withdrawal requests may also be handled according to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and refund policies.

We encourage customers to review the product description, features, compatibility information, and available free version or demonstration before purchasing a premium product.

Refunds may not be available solely because a customer:

  • Changed their mind after using or activating the software, except where required by applicable law

  • Purchased the wrong product or license without reviewing the product information

  • No longer needs the product

  • Does not have the technical environment required to use the product

  • Experiences an issue caused solely by an unsupported third-party theme, plugin, server configuration, or unauthorized product modification

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Please review our separate Refund Policy for further information.

Support may include:

We aim to maintain compatibility with the software versions and platforms listed on each product page.

However, third-party platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, themes, plugins, browsers, servers, and operating systems may change independently of Coder IT Solution.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party product, custom codebase, server environment, or future third-party update.

We may suspend or terminate access to product-related services or license systems where we reasonably identify fraud, abuse, unauthorized license use, or a serious violation of these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

Coder IT Solution and its licensors retain all applicable rights in their trademarks, logos, website content, product branding, documentation, graphics, proprietary services, and other protected materials.

Except where permitted by an applicable open-source license, you may not copy, reproduce, impersonate, or commercially exploit Coder IT Solution branding or proprietary materials without written permission.

15. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our products may integrate with or operate alongside third-party platforms and services, including WordPress, WooCommerce, web browsers, page builders, authentication technologies, and payment providers.

Coder IT Solution does not own or control these independent third-party platforms.

Your use of a third-party platform may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, discontinued APIs, or other actions controlled solely by third-party providers.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.

We work to maintain reliable and secure products, but we do not guarantee that software will be completely free from bugs, interruptions, or compatibility issues in every possible technical environment.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and testing software in your environment where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coder IT Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a product purchase will be limited to the amount paid for the applicable product, except where a different limitation is required by applicable law.

18. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to license-related services where a user:

  • Uses a fraudulent payment method

  • Shares or abuses a license key

  • Attempts to bypass license restrictions

  • Uses our products for unlawful purposes

  • Seriously violates these Terms

Where reasonably possible, we may contact the customer before taking action.

Termination does not remove any rights or obligations that are intended to survive termination.

19. Privacy

Your use of our website and products is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how Coder IT Solution collects, uses, and protects personal information.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business practices, payment processes, or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of our website or products after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to customers in their country of residence.
